All right, you've discovered my shameful secret: I like sappy TV shows, including " Touched by an Angel". (I also happen to think Roma Downey is awfully cute.)
I actually got my inspiration for Johab, Angel of Salvation, from this show. While a bit too saccharine for most In Nomine campaigns, "Touched by an Angel" does feature characters and situations that might be suitable for a very light-hearted game.
Below is the starring cast of the show, written for In Nomine. Johab (and indirectly, Zadkiel) are their Superiors. (Johab even showed up in one episode, as the "Angel of Angels".)

Monica is new to "caseworking"; prior to working under Tess, she worked in Proclamations and Rescues. Monica is warm and friendly towards everyone, and is still a bit naive when it comes to humans. She's gotten into trouble before for jumping to conclusions, as well as suffering a little bit of pride and willfulness from time to time, but her Superior recently gave her a commendation on her performance review. Monica has an endearing Irish accent, and she loves cafe lattés.

Tess is a no-nonsense supervisor. Possessed of great wisdom and keen insight, she often displays more personality than one expects of an Elohite, and even allows herself minor expressions of irritation from time to time. However, her judgment never falters, and despite her deep affection for Monica and the humans they work with, she keeps her mind on her work. Tess has a fairly influential position within Johab's heirarchy, despite not being Word-bound. It's her job to break in "newbies" like Monica; giving her a Word would probably tie her down more than she'd like.

Special Rites: Comfort a dying person, Help someone lose their fear of death
In an In Nomine universe, Andrew's Word would more appropriately be "Peaceful Death"; he does not kill people, nor does he actually have any power over life and death. Instead, he comforts those who are going to die, and then escorts their souls to Heaven when they expire. He is an extraordinarily kind and gentle angel, and becomes quite upset at the grim connotations most people attach to his Word. Andrew sometimes does "casework" with Tess and Monica, but usually he only shows up when it's some mortal's time to leave the corporeal plane. Andrew can automatically sense when a mortal is in imminent danger of death. He can attune himself automatically to a dying person, and he may communicate with anyone to whom he is so attuned, as if they were wide awake and fully-functional, even if their corporeal form is comatose, drugged or even insane. (Obviously, he does not incur dissonance if someone to whom he is attuned dies, unless they died while he was trying to prevent their death.)
(Note that in an In Nomine universe, Andrew would be Number One on Saminga's hit list, as they are the very antithesis of one another.)
